On June 25, 2009, a pod of 12-15 long-finned Atlantic pilot whales
surprised a tour of kayakers with Baymount
Outdoor Adventures here at the Hopewell Rocks. The event was
captured on video by one of the clients. This was the first such
occurrence in the 13-year history of the company. |
